In each session you will delve into Alexis’ favourite conditioning for fusion bellydance based on her training in Pilates and other movement disciplines; technique and drills which will be layered and sequenced to challenge and give insight for all levels; and apply your learning through the steady building of a choreography through which you will build not only an awareness of sequencing but also be given the tools to aid memory and retain choreography.
