Pregnancy & Postnatal Pilates 1:1s

I offer 1:1 Prenatal Pilates/Pregnancy Pilates and Postnatal Pilates lessons, which are available to take online via Zoom or at my home studio in the Compton/Tettenhall area of Wolverhampton. I am a Level 3 qualified Mat Pilates instructor, Level 3 Hatha Yoga Instructor, and Level 3 qualified Pre & Post Natal Fitness Trainer. I’m also a mom who knows exactly what your body goes through during pregnancy and post-natally and who remained active throughout my pregnancy.

Private sessions may be beneficial to you in order to address specific isssues and to achieve your goals more quickly, and to have the focus and attention of the instructor solely on you and your baby. I have a studio equipped with props which will assist you throughout your Pilates journey with me, including foam rollers, bands and straps, magic circle and weights.  

1:1 sessions are ideal for people who are pregnant or post-natal as the focus is solely on you and your safety while exercising. Pilates is an excellent form of preparing for labour and staying active throughout pregnancy, as well as aiding postnatal maternal recovery. We will focus a lot on effective breathing, alignment, and maintaining or rehabilitating the core and pelvic floor.

Each 1:1 session costs £30. Discounts can be offered for block bookings. Payment details and address or Zoom link will be provided once the booking is confirmed.
