Alexis offers private coaching and 1:1 lessons in both dance and fitness, both online and at her home studio in the West Park/Compton/Tettenhall area of Wolverhampton. Whatever your goals are, Alexis can create a programme that meets your goals on a timescale that suits you. Dance Coaching
Develop your technique or develop your own unique voice working on a choreography of your own creation with my 8 week coaching package. Individual 1:1s are also available.
Pilates 1:1s
Work on your core strength, muscle tone and flexibility with a Pilates 1:1, being sure that you’re working in good form. Develop your coordination, balance and alignment.
Pre or Post Natal Pilates 1:1s
The benefits of remaining active during pregnancy are huge and Pilates is a wonderful system for preparing your body for birth, and rehabilitating your core post-birth.
